- they are of a technical or applications nature. Support is provided on an
- annual basis through a Software Update Program, which entitles you to the
- following:

- - bug reporting procedures
- - bug fixes by way of updates
- - one software update per year
- - assistance in the use of PCI software, by telephone, fax, and E-mail
- - 1-800 number software support (U.S. and Canada only)
- - subscription to the "EASI>Reading" newsletter

- Please call your PCI representative or authorized reseller to obtain more
- information.

- Before contacting Technical Support, take the following steps:

- - Make sure that your hardware and peripherals are set up correctly and that
- all cable connections are secure.
- - Make sure that your hardware meets the minimum system requirements as
- outlined in the PCI Installation Manual provided for your system.
- - Consult your PCI manuals. They should answer most of your questions.
- - Read the Release Notes shipped with your copy of the software.
